Matthew is a Program Coordinator for the Honors Academy, advising current and prospective students, and assists in Honors Academy stakeholder reporting. He also acts as the professional Editor for the two Office of Undergraduate Research journals, Explorations and The Texas A&M Undergraduate Journal of Law & Society.
Matthew graduated from Texas A&M University with a dual B.A. in English-Creative Writing and Philosophy in 2014 and again in 2016 with an M.A. in American Literature. He graduated from the University of Houston with a Ph.D. in American Literature where he studied contemporary war fiction and its impact on post-traumatic stress disorder.
