Prospective Students
Our office specializes in developing students into competitive applicants. We do this through one on one advising, workshops, and e-mail list-serves. The only requirement to use our office is to be an Aggie. Our advisors will meet with you regardless of college affiliation or GPR. One of the main questions high school students want an answer to is, 'What should I choose as my major?' The answer is quite simple: Pick the major that will make you the most successful student. Professional schools do not give preference to one major over the other. They do, however, take grades and entrance exams quite seriously. So, pick the major that will help you achieve that 4.0 and enjoy your studies during your undergraduate years. If you're having difficulty choosing your major, I suggest that you pull up at least 4 majors that sound interesting to you and compare them. You can do this by pulling up the course catalog. If you'd like to find out more about our office and what we offer please give us a call and schedule an appointment with the prospective student advisor, Angie Dickey.
