National Scholarship Opportunities

The Office of Honors Programs and Academic Scholarships exists to aid Texas A&M University's most ambitious students in their quest to achieve their educational and professional goals.  The following list of Scholarships, Grants, and Fellowships, while extensive, is by no means comprehensive, as new opportunities are created yearly. Students who wish to receive regular bulletins regarding National Scholarships opportunities should subscribe to the National Scholarships Listserv.

Please note that all of the scholarships on this page are for matriculating students or alumni.  For information on scholarships for prospective students, visit Academic Scholarships or the Office of Financial Aid.

Please be aware that all scholarship competitions have their own deadlines and eligibility requirements, so students are encouraged to research scholarships of interest well.  In addition, some scholarships, most notably the Rhodes, Marshall, Mitchell, Churchill, Truman, and Jack Kent Cooke Scholarships, require official endorsement by Texas A&M University for a student to apply.  Common preliminary applications are available on the OHPAS web site.

For further information, contact Kyle Mox, National Scholarships Coordinator, via email or by phone at (979) 845 - 1957.
