University Undergraduate Research Fellows Program Overview
The University Undergraduate Research Fellows Program at Texas A&M University provides exceptional seniors with the chance to “test drive” graduate school. Each Research Fellow conducts his or her own independent research project, resulting in a senior honors thesis, which is published with other theses and dissertations in the Digital Repository Library at Texas A&M University (TxSpace) and is accessible through LibCat. Students who complete the program graduate with honors and receive Research Fellows distinction at graduation and on their transcripts. The following explains the purpose of the Research Fellows program, the process of Research Fellows selection, the responsibilities of both Research Fellows and their faculty advisors, and the benefits to participants in the program.
