How are Fellows faculty advisors supported and recognized?

The Honors Programs Office is committed to recognizing the tremendous work that faculty advisors undertake in order to make this program a success.  The following are ways in which the Honors Program Office attempts to say “thank you ” for faculty support and leadership with Research Fellows:

• Faculty Support and Recognition (certificate sent to department and presented at fall departmental meeting)
  
• Betty M. Unterberger Distinguished Honors Faculty Award (awarded every 3 to 4 years to an advisor for outstanding long-term service to Fellows)
  
• Teacher / Scholar Awards ($4,000)
  
• Honors Curriculum Development Grants ($2,000)
